Who we are?
50% is a firm of attorneys which was founded in June 2017 by Mr Bhekisisa Sizanani Goqo. We offer a wide range of legal services as per client’s unique needs.
Amongst other things we provide sufficient legal representation in litigious matters in both Magistrate and High Courts. We evaluate and analyze policies and the applicable legislation to better understand your needs. We develop policies, strategic plans and offer legal opinions which are designed to equip you with the necessary tools to better meet your profit margins and objectives.
We further provide policy training and workshops so as to assist you in effectively implementing your policies within the boundaries of the law. This also forms part of the empowerment and development of employees receiving such training. This assists them to perform at their best and in return helps your productivity.

Fee Structure
Our fee on debt collection and general civil litigious work shall mainly be determined in accordance with the tariff for Attorneys which is determined by the Legal Practice Council or tariff of costs issued from time to time in the Government Gazette or statute or shall be determined in accordance with the agreement which may be reached or agreed upon with clients in terms of Contingency Fees Act 66 of 1997 or as per our pricing schedule as between attorney and own client fees.
